February Fitness Goals and Checklist

This month I have great fitness goals and plans, I want to keep things simple yet fun. I will be working out 3-5 day. My main focus will be on cardio and strength training. On my instagram profile @ sunshine7031 I listed 3 challenges doing more push-ups, Plyometrics ( jump roping and jump and jacks) along with post exercise stretching. Once I purchase the right running shoes for overpronated feet I will begin treadmill running. My diet will be a modified clean eating plan which I will explain later on another post. On the days I cannot exercise I will keep up with my house work exercise workout minimum. I will show you my measurement pictures of my progress too this month. I want to encourage other mothers that are trying to loose the baby weight. I will also be able to show my fitness and running gear haul later this month. Have a Great Fitness Month!
