I have been so busy but managed to make a fitness video. In the quick video I share my top favorite leg exercises for the summer. As seen in the picture you will see jumping jacks, jog in place, front kicks, pliƩ squats and butt kicks all of these exercises target the leg and other parts like the abs and arms. I'm very proud of this video, it took a lot of planning but was fairly easy to do. You may even hear my son in the background. So check it out to get beautiful toned legs for the summer.
