Long overdue! Current Fitness Update

For the few of you following me I'm so sorry for not keeping up with my blogs. I have so much going on right now. It's easier for me to update on Instagram because its just pictures. I wanted to share my current fitness update. I've toned more of my muscle, and put on a few pounds of muscle. I'm still doing my HIIT training and its going great. My abs have been the biggest challenge due to my diastasis , but it is at 2 inch in width just one more inch and it will be closed. I plan to continue this HIIT training and just let my body respond the way it wants. One thing I've noticed is that with my children I had to just do 15-20 minutes a day. That worked out fine and I'm still seeing results. So here's my current picture below.
