My March Fitness Update

The month is almost over and I am so glad about my fitness progress.I have been working on my 5k training and its going great. I'm more focused on endurance rather than speed. I also am working on my running form and breathing. One thing that has really helped with my fitness is my eating habits. I know I've said this in an earlier post, but my eating habits have helped my fitness in so many ways. I have more energy to take care of my kids during the day. I use to drink alot of coffee during the day now I drink less. Another great thing that happened for me this month is that I met my desired weight goal. I explain how I felt in my video below. Next month, my fitness routine will have a few changes but I will keep you updated.
